If you are not completely satisfied with your 2108Vintage.com purchase, you may send it back to us for a refund or product exchange. All return and exchange requests must be made within 45 days of the original shipping date listed on your packing slip.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements. If you have any question regarding our Return and Exchange Policy, please contact our customer service department as your satisfaction is very important to us.
Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
Making a Return
All returned merchandise must be in like new condition and unworn. The original packing slips are required for all returns and we ask that you indicate the reason for your return on the back of your invoice so that we may better serve you in the future. We recommend that you send your return back to us via a traceable carrier (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL) and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending, as we are not responsible for missing packages.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified by you, excluding shipping charges. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. If merchandise is damaged during shipment, please contact customer service before sending it back.
Once your request has been processed we will issue a credit to your credit card account and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification from us upon the completion of return processing. Please all 14 days to process all return requests.
Returning a Gift
Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a 2108Vintage.com gift certificate. The gift certificate can only be applied to purchases through 2108Vintage.com and may be used at any time. You will receive an e-mail notification upon receipt of your gift return provided that your e-mail address is included on your return/exchange form.
Making an Exchange
Exchange requests must be made within 45 days of the date listed on your original packing slip and should include the sales receipt. If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of 2108 Vintage.com we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you.
When making an exchange, please specify the exchange item and the new color or size on the original packing slip. Include this form in your return package and we will send your new item via Standard Ground Delivery.
Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing. Please allow 14 days for us to process your exchange.
